Job Title: Service Development Officer
Reports to: Service Development Specialist
Job role: To conduct basic research and communication towards facilitation of research and adaption of technological advancements.

Key Result Areas
· Conduct literature reviews’ searches, field and other background research;
· Manage and respond to project related correspondences with direction from the Specialist;
· Prepare, maintain, and update public information materials;
· Prepare progress reports for the specialist; and
· Summarize project results and contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering or related science field
Experience and Knowledge
· At least two (2) years of demonstrated technical experience working in the ICT sector;
- Strong research and information processing and management capabilities;
- Team player and self driven;
- Proficiency in the use of office document processing tools (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets and databases);
- Good communication skills; and
- Personal interest in technological development in the industry.
