Job Title: Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinating the formulation of the strategic and annual plans for effective utilizations of institute resources
· Developing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems
· Providing technical advice to staff
· Offering support to strategic and operational decision making in the institutional and extremely sourced data
· Preparing the program status reports required for management or Education planning
Literacy in MS Office application is required
Literacy in MS Office application is required
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Honors Degree in Economics or statistics or Business Administration
· Must have a masters Degree in Economic Policy and Planning and monitoring and Evaluation or statistics or project planning and management or Education Planning
· Possession of a professional qualification in a related area will be an added advantage
· At least 5 years of working experience in Planning, monitoring and Evaluation Unit gained
· Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Should be able to work under minimum supervision
