Job Title: Property Valuer
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inspection and valuation of property and advise on its value (i.e. market value, forced sale value and insurance value), marketability, and its suitability as collateral security
· Monitoring development projects to ascertain proper utilization of disbursed funds and make recommendation for further disbursement
· Supervise external valuer’s work
· General monitoring of the property market to detect adverse trends
· Develop and maintaining an up-to-date valuation database in such a manner of a complete record of information and quick to retrieval
· Originate and maintain a service level agreement for external valuers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Graduate/professional qualification in valuation surveying
· At least three years post-registration working experience in the industry in a senior position
· Duly registered surveyor (of Uganda) and holder of valid Practicing certificate
Self-drive, maturity, and high degree of integrity and professionalism

· Good client and inter-personal relations.
