Reports to: Personal Secretary
Department: Finance and Administration
Location: Kampala
Job Objective: To maintain the office premises clean and orderly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the entire UPMB secretariat offices
- Photocopy documents
- Serve break tea to all staff
- Run simple errands to nearby office
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Holder of ordinary level certificate.
- Good oral and written English
- Experience in a similar job in a reputable organisation will be of added value
Personal Attributes:
- Honest and a high degree of integrity, a team builder and player, smart and obedient person
- Willingness to serve and work long hours when required
- Dependable and time conscious always.
- Clean and well organized
