Report to: Information Technology Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist with the Information Technology Infrastructure, maintenance of equipment involving hardware, software and systems.
- To diagnose network and system problems as well as react to failures and errors to maintain system integrity and performance.
- To manage internal LAN, IP address allocation and application maintenance including websites.
- To analyze and maintain an over view of office work and ensure that timely support is provided for general and specialized office equipment. Give technical assistance to users.
- Daily operation at the data center of the company, administration of Linux / Microsoft servers (installation, configuration, maintenance) incident and problem solving.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A good degree in Information Technology or computer science or a good degree with a professional certificate in MCSE/MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/ Administator).
- Should have a professional certificate in CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- At least two years(2) of working experience in medium size busy organization
- Able to work on minimum supervision.
