Job Purpose: The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing advice and support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance management, adherence to policies and employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To analyze the different jobs and develop job descriptions and person specifications
- To coordinate the employee recruitment and selection process
- To develop and conduct employee orientation and induction programmes
- To prepare annual training plan for the commission
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, organizational psychology, social sciences or humanities from a recognized institution
- Experience in training needs analysis, training design and development and training delivery is essential for the role
