• To coordinate the annual budget preparation process for UAC.
• To provide technical support in mainstreaming of HIV/AIDS activities in the different sectors i.e. Government, Private sector, Local Governments etc.
• To represent UAC in multi-sectoral planning and budgeting meetings and workshops in order to advocate for mainstreaming of HIV and AIDS
• To develop and implement resource mobilization strategies for financing HIV/ AIDS national response.
• To capture information on the usage of resources in a Resource Tracking Tool and advise Management on the sustainability of the resources
• To provide support to the Resource Mobilization Committee so as to determine appropriate mechanisms for their collaboration
• To carry out resource mapping for the national response.
• To monitor the utilization of resources for the HIV/AIDS National Response, if possible through a multi-sectoral working group and present the findings to
• Management .
• To prepare reports for the AIDS Development Partners (ADPs) and other key stakeholders on the availability, allocation and utilization of resources for the HIV/AIDS national response.

• An honour’s Bachelors Degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce or any other related field from a recognized institution.
• Post Graduate training in Economic Policy & Planning.

• At least Eight (8) years working experience three(3) of which must have been served at a level of senior economist in government or equivalent / relevant level of experience in a reputable organization.
• Proficiency in proposal writing.
