Job Title: Field Supervisor
Our Client is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;
Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Supervises the activities of subordinates.
·         Tracks and monitors expenditures against budget allocations.
·         Develops reports on area operations such as daily attendance, expenditures, broken/repaired equipment/PPE, and statistics on number of staff on duty or leave, etc.; submits to Senior Relations Manager.
·         Conducts briefing at beginning of every day’s employee shifts.
·         Develops policies and procedures used in areas under supervision; obtains management approval when appropriate.
·         Performs Staff supervisions and schedules and monitors employees Rotational schedules.
·         Evaluates and resolves problems presented by staff or others.
·         Provides advice/consultation to groups or personnel and carrying out frequent performance appraisals to keep track of staff performance.
·         Trains new personnel and/or provides training materials and leadership to others for training. 
Qualifications:
·         Three years of clerical and administrative or related experience which includes one year lead experience AND one year field operations experience.
·         OR, Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field AND two years of related experience, which includes one year lead experience AND one year field operations experience.
·         OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·         Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices.
·         Knowledge of office management practices.
·         Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry HS&E operations and procedures.
·         Skill in organizing work activities and people. 
·         Communicate effectively in both written and verbal manner to management and subordinates alike.
·         Manage and execute projects effectively through allocated resources.
·         Commitment to integrity and personal growth.
·         Must have fundamental understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry.
