Our client, DHL, the largest global company in the Express courier sector, seeks a mature, seasoned and professional executive to assume the role of Country Manager.
Job Purpose: To manage, develop and expand the express business, providis ng direction and leadership, ensuring profitable growth, satisfactory cash flow, enhance market leadership and be acknowledged as the provider of industry leading service standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A successful candidate, a self starter with a minimum of 7 years experience in Senior or General Management in an international transportation company, or similar business experience with tangible delivered results.
- A Postgraduate degree in commerce or equivalent degree in business. A post graduate qualification in business shall be an advantage.
- Analytical skills, Business Acumen, and above average People Management Skills. In addition strong communicating skills and fluency in English is essential.
