Uganda Kolping Society is seeking for suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the existing vacant posts at Kolping Holdings (U) LTD and Kolping Entrepreneurs’ Development Program (U) LTD.
Post: Assistant General Manager
Duty station: Hoima Kolping Hotel
Age limit: 28-45
Report to: General Manager Kolping Holdings (U) Limited.
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in the management of Kolping Holdings (U) LTD.
- Provide oversight management leadership to Hoima Kolping Hotel among others.
- Create, enhance, foster and sustain good public relations with customers and other institutions.
Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:
- An honours degree in Business Administration or Management Science or any other related field from a reputable Institution.
- Two years experience at managerial level in a reputable organisation.
- Well developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Business acumen and Entrepreneurial skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Ability to work for long hours and meet tight deadlines.
- Indisputable Integrity.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
