Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Uganda Kolping Society is seeking for suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the existing vacant posts at Kolping Holdings (U) LTD and Kolping Entrepreneurs’ Development Program (U) LTD.

Post: Assistant General Manager
Duty station: Hoima Kolping Hotel
Age limit: 28-45
Report to: General Manager Kolping Holdings (U) Limited.

Duties:

  • Assist the General Manager in the management of Kolping Holdings (U) LTD.
  • Provide oversight management leadership to Hoima Kolping Hotel among others.
  • Create, enhance, foster and sustain good public relations with customers and other institutions.
Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:
  • An honours degree in Business Administration or Management Science or any other related field from a reputable Institution.
  • Two years experience at managerial level in a reputable organisation.
  • Well developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Business acumen and Entrepreneurial skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work for long hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • Indisputable Integrity.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
