Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Kampala, Uganda.
Job Purpose: This position within the home loans unit of the personal banking department reports to the manager, home loans. The main purpose is to provide leadership to the home loans fulfillment centre, who are responsible for optimization of the home loan application process and on-going account maintenance
Key Tasks for the role:
· Promoting the Bank’s home loans facilities to estate agents, property developers, group companies and parties that are in a position to bring business our way.
· Collaboration with sales teams and support units to seek sales growth and business improvement opportunities
· Work with the sales teams to ensure budgets/ targets are achieved
Knowledge, experience and personal competences
· Bachelor’s degree
· 24 months experience in managing teams, relationship management and home loans
· Detail oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
· Proactive and self driven
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
