Job Title: Site Foreman
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· First rate Ugandan professional with diploma in Civil Engineering.
· Hands on experience at Site
· Ability to drive performance on site, ensure high quality workmanship at site and maximize efficiency of labor force and materials.
· Compliance to specifications for all works
· Control of materials wastage and pilferage
· Ability to monitor and control progress and scheduling
· Monitor and control all costs on a project.
· Coordinate efforts of all the Subcontractors and suppliers associated with the project
Other Requirements:
- All posts require self motivated and innovative personnel.
- Flexibility to work long hours where the need arises and anywhere in Uganda.
- Computer literacy is essential
