Site Administrator / Stores Job at HL Investments Ltd. & Guangdong Foreign Construction
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Render safe custodianship of company materials, equipment, tools and plant.
- Follow up requisitions to ensure timely delivery.
- Authorize the movement of materials in and out of the premises.
- Oversee workers in the various departments
- Submit to head office at regular intervals (weekly/ monthly) reports on stocks.
- Maintain a transparent storage system.
- Follow up stock surpluses at sites for return to main stores.
- Ensure personnel & property safety at site.
Other Requirements:
All posts require self motivated and innovative personnel.
Flexibility to work long hours where the need arises and anywhere in Uganda.
Computer literacy is essential
