Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing production and seed marketing.
· Handling all correspondence from the field staffs and other programs, to coordinate necessary dispatchment of all the required materials.
· Collecting periodic field activity reports and ensuring that all the data are well documented.
· Maintain and take good care of stock records for all inputs procured or distributed to Agriculture program or any other program.
· Establish links and collaboration with Government institutions and Ministries involved in the National Agriculture Sector.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· BBA /MBA with majors in Marketing.
· At least 10-15 years of proven work experience in the field of marketing Agriculture products, will be of great added advantage.
· Computer literacy is a must especially knowledge in the use of Microsoft office suit.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
· Demonstrated abilities to work and coordinate with other staffs. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
