Job Title: Home Loans Sales Consultant – SBG 08
Location: Kampala, Uganda.
Job Purpose: Proactively sell Stanbic Bank home loan products to existing and targeted potential customers, through dedicated estate agents/ property developers to maximise our market share and grow the Bank’s home loan book
Key Tasks for the role:
·         Market the home loan facilities and cross sell the Bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers
·         Promote the Bank’s home loan facilities to estate agents, property developers, group companies and parties that are in a position to bring business our way.
·         Facilitate and develop sound relationships with the estate agents through an effective calling program
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
·         Degree in a business related field
·         12 months experience in the field of home loans, sales & relationship management and or related products
·         Sales and service culture driven
·         Integrity and honesty
