Job Title: Manager Research and Evaluation

Reports to: Head of Program Support Services
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Experience:
· At least 5 years experience working in market research, social research or program evaluation and monitoring including design of systems and tools, Data analysis and writing
· A clear understanding of contemporary program /issues and programs issues particularly those related to the field of communications HIV/AIDS, Health and institutional Development
Knowledge and Ability:
· Logical frame work approaches
· M&E approaches and methods including quantitative , qualitative and participatory those related to the field of communications and HIV/AIDS, health and institutional development
· Five years working experience in a related field market research
