Reports to: Executive Director
Job Purpose: To develop and sustain effective and efficient resources mobilization and information systems that support programme design and implementation
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Post graduate degree in a health related field with additional training in resource mobilization , grant writing, monitoring as well as project management
Experience: Working experience of at least 5 years in a programme management position
Knowledge and Ability:
·         Best practices in advocacy and programme communication
·         Programme design and management principles, processes and practices
·         Budget preparation and management processes
·         Research and evaluation principles and processes
