The Uganda Registration Services Bureau seeks to recruit suitable qualified, competent, and experienced professionals to fill vacancies within various directorates and departments
Reports to: Registration Officer (Regional Office) Senior Records Officer (Head Office)
·         Receives clients, interviews them and direct them where to go for service.
·         Issues appropriate forms and brochures to clients.
·         Records all received applications and track them to the relevant Officers.
Qualification and Experience:
·         Diploma in Law/Business Administration / Records Management/ Secretarial Studies / Office Management.
·         Minimum of three years experience in a similar busy organization.
Key Outputs:
·         Maintain a register of applications received.
·         Forward received application to the action officer.
·         Track movement of client’s files and hand back finished work to clients.
Personal Specification:
·         Computer literacy skills.
·         Good communication skills.
·         Good customer care skills.
