Job Title: Vehicle Fleet Leader

Primary function: To supervise and coordinate transportation and ensure vehicles are in working condition at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Supervise the Coordinator in order to ensure smooth flow in transportation.
· Provide advice to management on potential transport requirements.
· Monitor the fleet budget position and annual vehicle replacements.
· Ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired on time in order to meet the Company’s quality standards.
· Perform spot safety checks for safety compliance.
· Other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field; Motor/Mechanical is preferred.
· At least 8 years relevant experience in Transport Coordination obtained from a middle-large scale Organization.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge:
· Vehicle Mechanics.
· Rules and regulations of Traffic Laws in Uganda.
· Safety awareness of International organizations or Companies.
· Clear understanding of oil Exploration & Production.
