Job Title: Clinical Officer
Organisation: Straight Talk Foundation
Location: Kitgum Youth Center, Uganda
Reports to: Centre Coordinator

Job Purpose: The clinical officer will carry out diagnostic prescription and referral processes at Kitgum Youth Centre

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
A diploma in clinical Medicine with additional training in HIV/and AIDS management and care

Experience: A minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in an HIV Management , care and support environment

Knowledge and Ability:

·         Current trends and practices in HIV management care and support
·         Adolescents friendly services Gender based violence response management
·         Combination preventing family planning
·         Counseling processes and techniques
