Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A first rate Ugandan professional with an engineering degree and relevant management and leadership skills.
- Possess hands-on experience in site management
- Initiate a system and procedure that will ensure high quality workmanship through strict supervision.
- Compliance to specifications for all works.
- Control of materials wastage and pilferage
- Ability to monitor and control progress and scheduling
- Monitor and control all costs on a project.
- Coordinate the efforts of all the Consultants, Subcontractors and suppliers associated with the project
Other Requirements:
- All posts require self motivated and innovative personnel.
- Flexibility to work long hours where the need arises and anywhere in Uganda.
- Computer literacy is essential
