Location: Kampala, Uganda
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Construction Accounting Experience
- Record receipts and payments
- Keep and manage petty cash and related expenses
- Reconcile bank statements & statements of expenditure
- Ensure timely posting of all transactions.
- Record & maintain books of accounts.
- Filling vouchers, bank statements, invoices, statutory requirements including PAYE, VAT, NSSF.
Prepare monthly reports e.g. inventory, WIP, equipment maintenance, etc. - Prepare monthly payroll Proper and timely banking of cash and cheques.
- Carryout periodic stock-taking.
- Provide accurate information to company auditors
Other Requirements:
- All posts require self motivated and innovative personnel.
- Flexibility to work long hours where the need arises and anywhere in Uganda.
- Computer literacy is essential
