Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update the company’s tourism grievance management Procedure.
· He / she shall handle tourism grievances, distribute communication materials, organize engagement meetings with tourism stakeholders and train company staff on tourism related issues.
· Job holder will be permanently based in the Albertine Region, Exploration Area 1.
Qualifications and Experience:
· University Degree in tourism or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years experience working in the tourism sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and prioritize job functions.
· Able to work efficiently and exercise sound judgement under minimal supervision.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Good report writing and analytical skills.
