Position: Station Manager
Job Purpose: The Station manager is in charge of the daily operations at TIO Enterprise Limited Kampala Office, He/She is the head of the team and is proactively involved in customer dialogue on long term, medium and short term topics to establish trust, build business partnerships and generate and qualify new leads.
Key Responsibilities
· Initiate, design and Manage strategies that will enable company meet its objectives
· Foster discussion between customers and TIO Enterprise Limited team members so as to come up with best solutions for customers
· Establish new business partnerships while maintaining existing ones and position TIO Enterprise as a business
· Implement work plans assigned by the General Manager, while giving duties and supervising other staff members
· represent TIO Enterprise Uganda Limited in various official capacities within and out of Uganda at any time when deemed necessary
· Be aware of financial performance targets while meeting and exceeding sales targets as prescribed time to time
· Propose, recommend and implement if approved to mitigate competitor attack
· Maintain high levels of professionalism
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· A Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce, a BBA, Economics or its equivalent
· Any professional qualification is an added advantage
· He or She should posses at least 3 years working experience of which one year should be in sales and one in a managerial position
· Excellent negotiation skills, profound leadership skills, managerial ability to calculate risk with exposure to strategic planning, good presentation skills and must be computer literate
· Valid driving permit is a requirement (at least one year)
