Job Title: Public Relation Manager
Locations: Kampala and mobilize to Lake Albert , construction sites or other cities if required

Duties & Responsibilities
·         Responsible for public relations management for both internal and external affairs and the set up of public relations crisis management procedures and execution
·         Communicate with CNOOC headquarters frequently regarding the company policies and procedures
·         Create and maintain mutual and good relations database , draft , updates
·         Other duties assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
·         Bachelors Degree or above public relations , sociology , international relations , engineering , Human Resource Management or equivalent
·         Minimum of 8 years related working experience
Knowledge
·         International relations and well informed regarding prevailing media matters
·         CNOOC’s media relation policy and system
·         Sustainable development of the environment society
·         Related knowledge of the oil and the gas industry
