Job Title: Health & Safety Manager
Locations: Kampala and mobilized to Lake Albert , construction sites or other cities required

Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop principles and targets of safety management responsible for their establishment , implementation review and overall improvement of the safety management system
· Establishment the incident command system
· Plan and organize health and safety training and activities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Bachelors Degree or above in engineering ,environment safety or equivalent
· Minimum 10 years related working experience and 5 years working experience
Knowledge
· Extensive knowledge of QHSE system construction and review
· Extensive knowledge of Chinese and International Laws and regulations
· Extensive Knowledge HSE Management
