Duties & Responsibilities
· Formulate and establish company policy and procedures regarding taxation and insurance provide solutions and manage crisis control
· Coordinate the review the plan for quarterly and annual income tax
· Carry out taxation routine work , including and procedures regarding taxation and insurance
· Coordinate and assist HQ on insurance management for Ugandan asset and take full responsibility
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Bachelors Degree or above in Economics , Finance ,taxation , insurance Management or equivalent
· Minimum 8 years working experience and 5 years experience in the oil & Gas Industry
Knowledge
· Extensive knowledge of Chinese and international Laws economics , commerce , taxation and insurance
· Extensive knowledge of GAAP
· Understanding of Oil E&P
