The Suitable person must possess:
The ideal candidate for the above position will possess the following qualities:
· Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
· Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA)
· At least 4 years’ experience in a busy finance/accounting department, 2 years of which must have been at a supervisory level.
· Sound analytical and IT skills.
· Good management and communication skills.
· Microfinance experience will be an added advantage.
