Security Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
· Draft, implement and validate all security-related training across the company.
· Ensure that routine patrols are conducted within the factory grounds and ensure that security guards keep an up-to-date record of their patrol duties.
· Advise and recommend security procedures for control of personnel, movement control of products and all other work related movements.
· To ensure security of People, Assets + Liabilities.
· Intervene personally to resolve security problems or refer them immediately to the management.
· Maintain updated directives and security personnel lists.
· Determine the security requirements of the business and respond to them in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Must be a retired Superintendent of Police, Inspector or Assistant Inspector of police, preferably who has been deployed in the North and far Eastern part of Uganda before.
· Should be computer literate.
· Certificate of Good Conduct.
· Should have voluntarily retired from police with evidence of this.
· Should be between 30-40 years.
· Should possess a discharge letter.
