Program Assistant will establish and maintain project electronic and paper files, provide support to track accounts payable and receivable, and manage logistics (including purchase of supplies, making photocopies, reservations, etc.) for regional travel.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· The Program Assistant will monitor project correspondence and ensure proper maintenance of project equipment.
· S/he will liaise with suppliers, including obtaining required 3 price quotes, processing payments and ensuring deliveries, develop and update vehicle usage and maintenance calendars and provide support to regional administrative assistants as needed.
Qualifications:
· Associates degree with 2 years of experience in project administrative support;
· Knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
· Ability to communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with partners/suppliers/visitors and staff, and interpret/respond clearly and effectively to verbal or written instructions.
