Human Resources Manager (1 position)
Reports to Finance & Administration Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversees results and staff in human talent sourcing and management functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, compensation administration, welfare and employee counselling.
· Also required to generate and assure workplace ambience conducive to performance excellence.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· Human Resource Management Degree
· Great competence in Performance review methods and techniques
· Great skills in talent spotting, recognition, development and reward
· An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
· At least 5 years experience at a similar managerial position in an FMCG Company or with a reputable corporate organization
· Knowledge of global best practices in workplace ethics, employee counseling and establishment of a non-discriminatory policy framework of empowerment
