Job Purpose: Will provide comprehensive HR support services including recruitment, process management, performance management, support technical training and maintain employee records.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelors Degree/Diploma preferably in HR related field
· 3 years relevant proven experience in HR Management, production environment will be an advantage
· Demonstrated knowledge of the Uganda Labour Relations Legislation, past experience in CBA environment an advantage.
· Well developed feedback skills, English written & verbal communication skills
· Computer literate, able to produce complex reports on MS Office
· Experience in dealing with conflict and complex labour relations
· Ability to analyse HR costs & manage within budget
