Job title: Food & Beverages Cost Controller
Qualifications:
· Certificate, Diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent with a basic knowledge in costing and auditing.
· At least 3 years experience in hotel industry in a similar position
Competencies and skills required:
· Ability to Control food and beverage stocks;
· Ability to prepare monthly food and beverage reports within strict deadlines.
· Computer literacy is an added advantage
