Finance and Administration Manager ( 1 Position) that attract very competitive remuneration packages.

Main Purpose of Job

·         To provide a pro –active, efficient, timely and relevant finance service to all departments.
·         To ensure that proper books of accounts are maintained in compliance with the local law and PBL finance management policies and procedures
·         Ensure timely provision of management & financial accounting reports to Management
·         To be part of the senior management team of the company
Duties & Responsibilities
·         Providing an interpretation of financial information
·         Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends
·         Formulating strategies to be used in the long-term financial plans of the company
·         Developing financial management mechanisms for purposes of minimizing the financial risks
·         Reviewing and evaluating cost reduction opportunities open to Management
·         Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances
·         Ensure timely provision of management & financial accounting reports to Management
·         Working with auditors to ensure that external and internal audits are executed.
·         Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the company
·         Managing the firm’s budgets
·         Updating the company management regarding changes in
legislation or regulations that may affect the firm’s business operation

·         Experience in training & developing finance staff
·         Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
·         Professional qualification such as CCA, or CPA and a post graduate qualification in Accounting & Finance.
·         A Minimum of 3 years working as a finance Manager gained
in FMCG Company or in a large Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Legal, security and risk management, Management of human resources in the finance department.
