Job Purpose: The Role will provide full administrative support to the business. He /She will include filing systems, database management, petty cash management, support to the procurement system. Candidate will be able to reconcile documentation and manage authorization processes.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Suitable diploma in administrative qualification & at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar environment
· Advanced proficiency on MS Office is essential
· Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
· Proven ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities
· Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict and build good relationships
