Supervisor, Project Monitoring & Help-Desk
Reports to: Manager, IT Services Management
Role: Responsible for monitoring Business Technol-ogy projects & activities, 3rd Party Service Level Agreements, Internal Bank SLAs.
Key Result Areas
1.    To liaise with respective BT Project Managers and provide independent reports on the progress of BT projects in accordance to the project management methodology.
2.    To ensure BT adheres to Inter-Departmental Service Level Agreements SLAs) through accurate reporting in line with the Inter Divisional Service Level Agreement.
3.    To ensure 3rd party service providers meet deliverables as in the agreed respective SLAs with the bank
4.    To supervise and analyze performance of the Helpdesk and issues reported in line with ICT policies & procedures.
5.    To monitor and report project risks or conflicts that may arise during the course of project implementation in line with project management methodology
6.    To design and implement a monitoring framework to track delivery against project goals and objectives in line with project management methodology
