Job Title: Regional Manager

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer



Principal Accountabilities
  • Provide overall leadership and
    management of resources at the regional level through establishing and
    implementing control mechanisms to deliver company agreed performance
    levels.
  • Manage the regional Operational Business
    activities by;
  • Delivering safety and loss reduction
    targets for the agreed customer base 
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer
    complaints 
  • Developing and supporting strategies for
    billing all energy 
  • Develop operational budgets 
  • Develop short and long term plans in
    compliance with operational 

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or
    related Field 
  • Post Graduate training in a relevant
    discipline 
  • 10 years relevant experience 5 of which
    should be in leadership position in a commercially driven area
  • Knowledge and Skills
