Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified
candidates for the above vacancy;

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and implementation of personnel and administration
    policies and procedures to enable the establishment of an appropriate working
    environment and to secure the company’s manpower requirements.

  • Establish, develop and manage a range of critical personnelservices and
    activities including: technical training and development, employee relations
    and communications, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, human resources

  • Ensure the recruitment, development and motivation of staff to achieve the full
    implementation of the company’s plans and objectives for nationalization and
    internationalization of the work force.


  • University degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, at least 5 of which have
    been in the oil and gas industry.

  • Experience with in the implementation of oil and gas Personal Development
    Programs and training schemes.

  • Good knowledge of petroleum exploration & production professional

  • Highly developed organizational and management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
