An Oilfield service company is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates
for the above vacancy;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The field service engineer is responsible for the installation, installation
    acceptance and short instruction of the DEOS (Import Server) nationwide in all
    districts of the country. He belongs to one of the six regional centres (Data
    Collection Canter & Service Base).
  • The field service engineer is responsible for repairing and maintenance of all
    enrollment units (notebooks, fingerprint sensors, signature panels, photo
    cameras, HDDs, USB sticks), import servers, power generators and all computer
    hardware and software. Additionally he has to implement software updates and
    technical improvements. He guarantees the full availability of all equipment
    for a continuous enrollment operation.
  • He is responsible for the spare part management, replacement of defect parts
    and ordering of new spare parts from the central service base.
  • An additional task is take charge of the operations, material management, human
    resources to identify production downtime and immediately reporting to the
    central service database.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Self-driven, organized, reliable with initiative.
