Customer Service Officer (2) – National Social Security Fund (NSSF)

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (2)

Reports To: Branch Manager

Main Purpose: To provide prompt and efficient Customer Service relating to the business of the Fund to all internal and external clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Registering employers and employees
·         Processing benefits for payment
·         Recommending clients to be examined by the Fund Doctor
·         Managing office cash imprest
·         Receiving and receipting contributions
·         Reconciling and banking contributions
·         Preparing weekly and monthly reports
·         Generating feedback from clients
·         Maintaining record of clients
·         Distribution and monitoring of publications to clients and area offices
·         Managing the distribution of brochures to clients
The preferred Candidate will posses;
·         Bachelors degree from a recognized  University
·         Minimum of one year working experience  in a busy commercial customer service environment.
·         Good communication skills both oral and written
·         Good interpersonal skills
·         IT skills- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·         Fluency in Rukiga language (Kabale) and Runyoro (Hoima)
·         Planning and organizing skills
·         Team work
·         Problem solving
·         Analytical skills
·         Presentation skills
