Building/Organisational Development Specialist (1 position
)
Duty Station; Head Office
The Capacity Building/Organisational Devel­opment Specialist will work
under the direct supervision of the Partnership and Program Support Advisor.
The Job Holder will take re­sponsibility for planning, coordinating, facilitat­ing,
monitoring and documenting all Save the Children’s internal and external
partnership related capacity building and OD processes.
Desired Academic back ground,
Experience & Person Specifications;
  • A minimum of a Degree in Social
    Sciences, Development Studies, Organisational Stud­ies, Pedagogy or other
    relevant field.
  • Have at least three (3) years of
    documented practical work experience with capacity building/OD processes.
  • Demonstrate robust understanding of or­ganisational
    dynamics and change proc­esses.
  • Have a good grasp of pedagogical
    principles and teaching methodologies.
  • Possess strong analytical and planning
    skills;
  • Be a good listener and communicator (ver­bally
    and in writing).
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented.
